All in all, tonight turned out pretty well.

Rocky start, but the booing lessened over the course of the night.

Lots of really great speeches. Sarah Silverman. Michelle Obama. Cory Booker. Elizabeth Warren. And now Bernie.

Gotta hand it to Bernie, this is good. Not just endorsing Hillary, but going through the issues, talking about what Hillary stands for, about the platform they collaborated on, and drawing contrasts with Trump.

"This is what democracy is about". At the end of the day our speakers aren't playing to the worst fears and preaching division. That's what matters to me.

The evening had an arc. It had momentum. Bernie showed them how it's done. If there had been no protest, they'd have been accusing the DNC of suppressing it (despite the fact on their side they cram protesters in a sack and drag them out.)
