For clarity's sake, are we talking about a cosplayer delegate or the actual actress?

To be fair, it really could have read as either scenario, and probably would have been more logical

Tina Fey played a nut dressed up as Princess Leia on 30 Rock to get out of jury duty.

Maybe she mixed up ComicCon and DemCon and vowed to wear her costume regardless.

Both happened on NBC.
