In 2019 he will suddenly become humble and voters will go to the polls and reelect him. It is a horrible cycle we see over and over again.

is some kind of "work around" worked into the framework agreement. An example; say these asswipes manage to block any progress in this issue/agreement and deny our participation... the other partner countries are probably hip to the failure of a legislative body in our government and will likely fill in gaps, due to our absence, to compensate in order to make this program successful. It's not just the US so these KKKlowns will not be able to stop this from going forward though they can taint it.
