Marco Rubio has dry mouth.

I'm watching him now, announcing his run for the presidency, and he keeps licking his lips. (He just took a sip of water). He's balding, too. He'll never make it.

I kept thinking ... I'd love to get him at a poker table! I'd arrange for a water bottle to be just out of his reach and keep chatting it up with him ... then, I'd raise all in, the first couple of times he glanced at the water!
