Has a reporter asked Romney if he is for or against Obama's jobs bill?

If so, what was Romney's answer and if he's against the jobs bill, why can't Obama nail Romney on it. Obama can say Romney is against a jobs bill that would reduce unemployment.

Asking that question would interfere with Romney's constant stream of lies.
