2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumThe Expert Agrees With Me–The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) With Mandate Will Be Upheld
On Monday I did a CNN iReport titled Arizona Bill Left Neutered But Still Biased Against Those With The Wrong Pigmentation. At the end of the report I took a contrarian view after the Arizona bill was gutted and said that the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) will be upheld in its entirety. In fact I left a comment below my report stating I thought it would be a 6-3 decision upholding it.
Now I saw a tweet from George Stephanopoulos that pointed to the blog below from the SCOTUS expert. It gave me the courage to put the prediction on my blog. Will I have to come back tomorrow and take the humiliation for going out on a limb for being delusional?
Checkout my CNN iReport and comments.

(331 posts)Our President is no legal dummy! He knew every bit of the legislation that was being drafted and by the time he signed it he knew it by heart. They didn't leave anything out of that legislation. If the court does decide against it they are political. There is nothing in that legislation that is illegal. The Republicans would love to run Obama in the ground but, even if they get in office they will not touch that legislation. If there was a Republican signature on that same piece of legislation they would totally approve of it. The only reason the American people aren't totally for it is because of all the ugliness that has been spread over it.
(I just know the President has something up his sleeve. He is too intelligent to let this fall and there are too many Americans that will be hurt by it's failure.)
It will be upheld, it will be upheld, it will be upheld (Everybody try to think positive)!
