Blocking posts (not trashing)

Can I set my settings in such a way that any thread with a certain word will not show up (to me)?

As an example, let's say I don't like donuts.
It would not show me any thread with the word 'donut' in the O.P. subject title.

Thanks

The fifth tab is "Trash Can". Click it and you auto-trash by keyword.
