Need help. Stupid Samsung updated my phone's software Friday

night and now I cannot get a video posted here within a tweet to play. If I go to the tweet on Twitter it will play fine. People have told me to just tap it twice, but I still get 'media cannot be played'.
Google says to clear cookies on Twitter, but I'm not a user.
Help, please.

I don't want to do that right now as I have several windows open that I will need next week. Then I'll clear it all.

it really hard for me to send pictures by text. Sometimes it goes through 1st or 2nd try but most of the time it is either on the 6th try or not at all.

I can not recieve any pictures at all. Those little videos that we put up for each other with the red play arrow will not play anymore.

My screen for searching on line has completly changed and icons are in places they are not supposed to be and I can't get them back.

I have called both Xfinity and Samsung and of course they tell me it is the other ones problem.

Just before the quarantine I was going to go to the Xfinity store and make them call Samsung so we could all figure it out together. Well, I just have to wait for awhile.

I am of no help but I understand your frustration.
