The ASCII Encoding Reference for the + sign is %2B. Substitute the %2B for the + sign in the URL and the result is as follows:



There is a list of special characters at https://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_urlencode.ASP . As someone who has dabbled in making Web pages, it is a good practice to avoid using special characters in URL addresses because it causes the links to break.
