Correcting user name

Registered using my phone which I am having trouble with. I need to correct my username. How do I do that

33. We've had to temporarily postpone the name change

Technical issues... we want to make sure things are running smoothly after that maintenance error the other day. I’ll post an announcement when we’re ready to go. It shouldn’t be too long.
