If you can't adjudicate the post -- like in this case where you don't have enough information to make a decision because a link won't open -- there's nothing wrong with canceling out. But I appreciate the report, just in case everyone else experienced the same thing. Fortunately in this case it seems like some people were able to get it to work because the alert eventually resolved.
