It doesn't require some grand conspiracy for there to be establishment favoritism towards Hillary, just a confluence of interests, one that I'm sure any reasonable person would have to agree does exist. The same with the media bais. There was no back room deal ordering them to be biased against Bernie, it's just that they recognize on some level, likely not even consciously, that he is a threat to their power, and that his supporters are the least likely to be the ones that trust them as a news source anyway.
This is what infuriates me when people tell me I'm wearing a tinfoil hat for claiming election is rigged. To me, it seems obvious that there needn't be actual conspiracy for people on nearly all levels to play favorites against Bernie and for Hillary. I mean, it's the people in power, at any resolution you choose to examine, that are going to me setting up the election, and making the choices that could either be biased or even-handed. What is the source of that power? The status quo. They got where they are because of the current system... of course that will result in a bias against the guy that threatens to be very disruptive of the current system.

Well, the top talking heads would pay more under Sanders, they make millions every year. And their bosses, with their looming presence, would certainly also feel a bite.
Almost needs a disclaimer from them, when they report on a candidate like Senator Sanders.
To be fair, there are a more than a few who I don't think begrudge paying more if it goes to a good cause.
