Would be to get out and hope his supporters coalesce around Warren. She represents the most viable surrogate for his ideas, and has some good ones of her own as well. She’d be a better president than Bernie, without question.

That is if he really cares about that stuff. I’m not sure he does, or does to the extent he would abandon his campaign.

in fact i think he might have more of a problem with Warren than Biden for certain reasons that also applied to Hillary.

It's becoming clear that this race is tilting in Joe's favor from slightly liberal to moderate to more conservative voters. Despite all the howling to the contrary, this is where the Democratic Party lives and that's where the votes are: from the left-of-center mainstream Pelosi pointed out only a few days ago.

Forty % is an amazing number in a field this large. Certainly the numbers can change but this is very good news for Team Biden!

It is where the vast majority of Americans live.

As for Trump? I think Biden is dead right on this: right now Trump is an aberration. But if Trump and his enablers are given another term to wreck the country and propagandize their hate and ignorance, we may not have anything left. The damage domestically and abroad is very real. Biden has warned that country's fundamental character will be changed and distorted with more of the same. The stakes are that high.

We've got to put this right!
