Democrats raise over 100 million in 4q...to the Cons paultry 46m

2020 candidates' Q4 fundraising hauls

Sen. Bernie Sanders leads the way in fourth quarter fundraising hauls among the Democratic hopefuls who have already announced their numbers, with $34.5 million raised.

By the numbers: Sanders is followed by outgoing South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg at $24.7 million. But the Democratic candidates all trail President Trump, whose re-election campaign reportedly collected $46 million.

Democratic Q4 filings:

1. Sen. Bernie Sanders: $34.5 million

2. Former Mayor Pete Buttigieg: $24.7 million

3. Former Vice President Joe Biden: $22.7 million

4. Former tech executive Andrew Yang: $16.5 million

5. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard: $3.4million

1. I think that is kind of misleading because Trump did raise more than any Democrat.

5. Once our field shrinks to one, all the money except maybe Bernie and Tulsi backs the nominee.

By my count, even without Warren, Booker and Klobuchar, that gives the democratic nominee $63.3 million, almost $20 million clear of Trump. Warren should bring around $20 million in the 4th, add that is and the democratic nominee almost doubles Trump's haul, not counting Bernie and Tulsi money (some of which I am afraid will go to Trump, but even if 100% goes to Trump, he is still behind our nominee).

While they may not be able to advocate for a candidate, they can attack the Democratic candidates just as well, which helps depress Democratic turnout.
