However, I went through the state-by-state forecasts at 538. Mind-blowing. With the exception of Massachusetts and Vermont, Biden is favored in every single one of them.

This, I would suggest, is why the barrage of attacks is ramping up so quickly. There's a near hysteria out there trying to find anything that might stick to the wall and reverse the trend.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

The entire hope that the Sanders/Warren/Buttigieg campaigns have is to win Iowa and use that as momentum to convince voters to swing to them. If Biden takes Iowa, he’s going to rack up big delegate totals in the first month and then basically end the race on Super Tuesday.

A win in Iowa will be jet fuel for Joe Biden.

Which is why things are getting so nasty because Biden's competition can read the writing scrawled across the wall.

maybe internal polls tell the tale. I Joe wins or ties...I think Warren or Sanders ...all of them really are done. He loses, I don't think Iowa in going to give momentum this year...so we go on to states where Biden is likely to win.
