More than half the states are stark red, and before long 2/3rds of the population will be represented by just 1/3rd of the Senate.

I think we have a shot at getting to 50+ in 2020, but it won't be easy. Personally, I think turnout would be highest with Kamala Harris as our nominee, and that would have a ripple effect throughout the country. The higher the turnout the greater the odds of picking up the requisite number of Senate seats.
