Georgia judge allows Trump to appeal an issue in his RICO case; but Judge WILL NOT PAUSE THE CASE! - Glenn Kirschner
Judge Scott McAfee, the judge presiding over Donald Trump's RICO prosecution in Georgia, granted Trump and his co-conspirators' request to appeal the denial of their motion to disqualify District Attorney Fani Willis from the case.
Although this sounds like a troubling development, it isn't as bad as it may seem. This is because Judge McAfee refuses to stop the case from moving forward even while the appeal is pending. - Glenn Kirschner - 03/20/2024.
