Trump CLAIMED That He was REALLY, REALLY Rich - Bruce W. Nelson

Trump said that he was REALLY REALLY rich,
so why’s he playing ‘whiney little bitch’?
He had six hundred million cash he said,
but seems he pulled that figure from his head.

It’s clear about his money he’s been lying.
The same pitch used on banks he now is trying.
He’s begging idiot followers for dough.
They’ll send him some ‘cuz they’re too dumb to know.

He said he couldn’t be bought 'cuz he’s was 'loaded',
but that myth has been recently exploded.

I still view him the same, though he is poor
since I thought that he was horrible before.

3. Well, we know he's dishonest as they come, but why would he chance losing his beloved buildings if he had the money?

The thing is, from what we hear, all his "properties" are mortgaged - and we also know that he's gone bankrupt before numerous times - all his businesses failed except for campaign contributions. And I still believe that the only reason he "ran" in the first place, it was one more try at making money.

And if he's that hard up, what's to stop him from making deals with our foreign adversaries who would use that chance to influence him? And we still don't know if the FBI found all the classified documents that he stole. His former Mar-a-Lago employee, Brian Butler, just testified that he watched numerous boxes of those documents loaded onto TFG's plane, headed for his
Bedminster, New Jersey golf club.

7. Which he never wanted anyone to know. He failed to realize that everything a president says or does is "news"

And subject to public scrutiny. That was his mistake, the president cannot skirt the law.

9. I still believe that he decided to solicit "campaign donations" after every business he tried failed

There were first casinos, then Trump ties, Trump steaks, Trump vodka and the infamous Trump University. At first he was just desperate to make money, but he found he liked the attention and after he "won" (the Electoral College, not the people's vote) and he kept up his "rallies" rather than doing the job.

And he neglected to realize that everything a president does is scrutinized and becomes front page news. So he refused to give up his illegal behavior and now is paying for it big time. What I will never understand is why anyone at all would support a criminally indicted individual to lead the government he attempted to overthrow.

2. He claimed he was worth at least ten billion in 2015. He hasn't had huge losses to blow all that since then.

None that were reported anyway. Of course, he never was worth anywhere near that.

I think Forbes had him at around 3.5 billion back then. Either way, anyone really worth that kind of money should be able to come up with the bond. He has to have screwed himself pretty good.

4. Well, as I said above, we know that he's gone bankrupt numerous times, he's just not good with money.

And he no longer has his father, who ran a lucrative business, to bail him out as he did numerous times. According to Mary Trump's book, he sold his father's business at a loss, he was that desperate for money.
