The Real Reason Your Rent Is So Damn High - More Perfect Union

Landlords are being sued for using illegal price-fixing to drive up rents across the country. They allegedly conspired with RealPage, a tech company, to use non-public data to artificially inflate rents. Rents have spiked by 26% since the pandemic.

Do not divulge any information you don't absolutely have to divulge. If they use it to handle payments you pretty much have to do that, but surveys, other stuff, don't do it. Real Page acts as a cartel clearing house type of information operation among landlords who use it. It can be leveraged to fix prices and keep them artificially high.
