The fact that we're debating before the Supreme Court whether a president can be a dictator speaks to how dangerous and dark a path Donald Trump has lead America down. In November we must decide if we continue down it.

Our constitution envelops to the brink of extinction. He may wish he is a king or the dictator of this country but he’s sitting in a courtroom for his crimes while the SC is hearing arguments that he should have absolute immunity. This makes me crazy 🤪

the Democratic majority convenes next Jan 3. The first order of congressional business should be judicial reform. This third branch is not going to uphold the law for the majority of Americans unless it is restructured so that, among other changes, the Supreme Court is expanded to 13 justices.

Because WE should not ever be forcing out the liberal side of the court. EVER. That's it and that's all.

...since trump is a danger to democracy and the US constitution, biden should have the immunity to have him whacked by the military before november.

at the very least, didn't they realize that that is exactly what they were arguing?
