He can ask to be heard by the full panel of judges of the DC Court of Appeals and then the Supreme Court. I am sure his listeners and the MAGA faithful will continue being the fools and putzes they are and send him money. And I suspect the Supreme Court will take his case.

that he will encounter consequences, please send up a flare when he's actually jailed.
