You sound like you're describing the Conservative Cave, where a circle-jerk about DU is a feature not a bug.

The OP seems to be talking about a more modern-looking echo chamber site that has undated "stories" and the only user interaction are the rarely-used comments section of individual stories.

Naturally, its ownership is completely anonymous.
