My bad. Please forgive, I realized the faux-pas when you raised it.

I was going around the thinking person's viewpoint. My thoughts are that there were several very obviously talented and understood candidates for Biden to pick and several candidates who would have been a surprise. He chose the former, not the latter. I was deathly afraid he was going to do the "Palin" moment here.
