motivated to vote as soon as they can.
We don't have in person, polling place early voting here in PA, but you can go to your local election bureau or satellite office, apply for an absentee ballot, get it, fill it out, put it in the envelopes and hand it in at the same time. Lots of people are doing that instead of mailing or voting on Nov 3rd.
