Bobby Lewis has nothing on me, I was Tossin' & Turnin' all night.
One of the worst nights I can recall.
Even this AM, I had to take a 1/2 of a Zanax just to cope.

Too soon for the wrap-up, but I think we all must recognize that we can't t recognize America anymore. It's not what we thought and it's not a paradigm of all that is good and righteous as a governed country. The fact is, we all saw the worldwide rankings plummet over the last few decades in virtually every category: education, infrastructure, health care, equality - both racial and economic.
Those numbers have serious consequences and we must recognize that we're not what we thought we were. Frankly, I fear for the future in this country. History will show us that even well-governed countries can fall into a hellhole, be it autocratic socialism, fascism, or simply, like us, a kakistocracy. It's happened before and it has happened once again - to us.
Yes we all hope for the best, but hope is all we have now. Sanity has left the country.
