He promised to give them $6B if the were transparent about how they spent the money. They did and he did not come through with his pledge. Just one example of what this NYT columnist called his "troll philanthrophy" a practice which qualifies as actual bullshit. Lots of examples in the story below. But you obviously are a fanboy, which I always thought was funny for a guy with a Woody Guthrie icon, considering that Guthrie was in his time called a comsymp.
