Do you think the GA Senate race will go to a runoff in December, & no one will get 50% of the vote? [View all]

GA rules state that you must break the 50% barrier on Election Day in order to avoid a runoff. So what do you think happens on November 8th in GA? There is a Libertarian candidate running (among other minor candidates).
