Speaking of Davenport, the Davenport Central high school marching band is marching in a New Years parade in London. It's a source of local pride and a HUGE deal for the kids. Many of them would likely never be able to travel too far, let alone overseas because of lower income considerations. Hope you can get out to see them or at least see them on TV.
