6. I'm not sure about the prison sentence - it might be house arrest

... or some other BS sentence like "time served."

I'm not convinced that a judge (state or federal) will give him an actual prison sentence. But I hope I'm wrong.
The important thing is to get many convictions. Multiple convictions, so he can never run for office again.
