1. Democrats need to craft a message around the courts and make sure it well publicized.

Starting now. I think we’ve all been critical of Democrats’ messaging in the past because they tend to be more policy focused and leave out the emotions. Maybe the White House needs to hire one of the former Republicans, like Rick Wilson, to create a succinct message that resonates with voters.
