Picture the kind of crusty Anarchist kid who might throw a Molotov cocktail at the Federal building in Portland.

That's my guess for where the video he's referencing was probably filmed. There literally were street battles between "Antifa kids" and Proud Boy/Patriot Prayer goons who'd come into town from Vancouver WA or similar places provoking fights.
