There's a difference between exploration and tourism.

If they're alive, I hope they're found and rescued. If not, I hope the end came instantly with a hull rupture.

But, seriously - we've known the location of the wreck of the Titanic for more than 30 years. It's been explored and surveyed extensively since its discovery. This particular submersible wasn't "exploring" a thing - it was showing the wreck to some high-paying tourists.

In fact, the repeated visits by tourist subs are contributing to its disintegration.

Like I said - I really hope for the best here. But can we at least be honest about what this was about?

Added on edit - we should bear in mind that one of the wealthy tourists brought his teenage son along. I do, in fact, feel bad for the son.
