OK, this is hair-splitting nitpicking, but did anyone else notice that Giulani said "USB port" ... [View all]

... when referring to a USB drive, aka thumb drive, aka flash drive, aka USB device?

A "port" is a place where you make a connection, like a seaport or airport, not a thing that connects there.

You can land at an airport, but you can't land an airport. You can dock at a seaport, but you can't dock a seaport.

OK, you could pass a USB port around, but only by passing around an entire computer, and no one would refer to it that way.

Does Rudy let his "people" take care of all his computer needs for him, and never touch the hardware himself? Does he even know what a USB port really is? And if he's going to use that term in an allegation of criminal wrongdoing, shouldn't any lawyer make damned sure he knows what the term means?

Otherwise, your law license isn't worth so much as a ginger mint.
