Some nutters actually believe in a whole subterranean "Inner Earth" thing. I can go with it. Let's send him to prison in Inner Earth, so Earth 1 can finally be done with him. I think a live Volcano is the only portal that makes any sense at all, and of course he'll need a lot of MAGAts to go with him.
