BREAKING: Judge Chutkan Will Not Move Trump's D.C. Trial Date [View all]

During a hearing this morning that could decide whether or not Trump receives a gag order in the Special Counsel's January 6th prosecution, Judge Tanya Chutkan announced that she will not move the current March 4, 2024 trial date.

This is significant news as Trump and his attorneys have long sought to delay the pending criminal trials against him until after the 2024 election. But, Judge Chutkan is not having it with any of their requests and has kept the D.C. case moving at an extremely brisk pace.
