22. The GOP is bad for the economy.

The only GOP administrations that were at all economically good were Eisenhower and Teddy Roosevelt. The rest were all economic disasters. Cutting taxes for the wealthy slows economic activity, as the rich take their time spending their money. They spend it locally and rapidly way less. The difference in income velocity between the bottom two quintiles and the top quintile is dramatic. The top quintile doesn't spend all their income even once over the year. The bottom 40% spend their income almost immediately, and much of it locally where someone else gets paid too. We have to run hard against all the GOP 'tax cuts' of the last 40 years. That has caused much of our pain. We have to run on making the wealthy paying their fair share.
