End of Humanity [View all]

That isn't hypothetical or hyperbolic. I have never been more scared of anything than I am of this. If SCOTUS rules in favor of the massive unwinding of the regulatory authority of the Executive branch then truly all is lost. It will destroy our ability to have any environmental laws. Any treaties over anything from overfishing to air pollution.
We will be at the complete mercy of large corporations and a Republican SCOTUS that will be Republican controlled for at least the next 30 years.

In the current environment where our world is rapidly heating up and ice is melting, where we have all but run out of time, this will be the final nail in our coffin.
