When Cheney sent a pallet of $9 billion in cash to buy off warlords, stacks of $100 bills, it just disappeared in the hands of Cheney's company Halliburton/KBR. There was no accounting. Who got the dough?

Then months later stories started popping up about Texas and Alabama shipyards being flat out busy building private yachts, and Montana ranches were being sold and made into down-sized Ranchettes, including mansion builds in Texas and Oklahoma.

The Bush Cheney junta got away with all of it. The press never explored the story.
