Most cities will not enforce this ridiculous bullshit. I am in Austin and we do not have the police manpower or presence to deal with who may be illegal or not. APD just put out a statement... they have no resources to deal with this ridiculous bullshit. Our city is already suffering a major deficit in police officers.
Big cities like Houston or Dallas are in the same boat.
The Texas Ledge is screwing themselves once again! We have bigger issues to deal with.
