1:27am Eastern time is too early for the start of morning drive traffic, assuming that’s a major commuter thoroughfare. Hopefully there weren’t many motorists on the bridge when it gave way. But still awful and horrifying for an unlucky few.

I don’t know the roads of metropolitan Baltimore so I couldn’t guess about where the high-density traffic patterns are. Shit, what a calamity!
