(102,509 posts)14. You did not read what I said. He has issues with some prominent women. Not all.
And yes, he not infrequently shows condescension to those he feels either "superior" to or conversely insecure. Of course, he has to feign the respect these women deserve--including expectations of the network and workplace. But, it does come out at times.
He's polished about it which may have convinced you otherwise, but I have had to deal with it in my professional work my entire life. Perhaps you are far younger or work in very different environs to be fortunate not to have experienced it. Tempered behavior based on the setting and what is expected does not mask all the behavior.

He just did, and he isn't retracting but saying he meant it in the context that we are losing males. He maintained
