About 43,000 deaths per year in USA and I'll bet a lot of those deaths could have been prevented with more and better maintained roads and bridges. I think most of those roads and bridges along with traffic rules and enforcement are not responsibilities of auto manufacturers.
I've actually never thought of businesses being worshiped like gods, more like despised like satan.
