Cannon Failed to address the legal points brought up by Smith so it may be Cannon who is setting herself up for a fall. The funny part is Trump attempting to use the Presidential Records Act because it doesn't say what he thinks it says because it in no way lets him off the hook, if invoked wrongly, anyway. Below are the 1978 Act and the 2014 revision. (I am using the Wikipedia definition because it is easier to understand). Time to end the rope-a-dope.
