He encourages illegal settlers to take Palestinian lands and gives the IDF impunity to murder them. In spite of the numerous warnings Netanyahu received, some from his own intelligence groups, about the Hamas attack, Bibi moved troops from the Gaza border where the attack took place to the West Bank so the IDF could support more illegal settler attacks on Palestinians. That move left the border with Gaza poorly protected and most likely contributed to the number of Israeli deaths.
