(35,579 posts)15. I heard last night on MSNBC that Trump's lawyers want the jury to
be able to charge him with a misdemeanor so I think he will get by with with a slap on the wrist. No jail time.

If they do give him house arrest, it would have to be somewhere where they have authority.

My belief is that he will be relinquished to supervised release at Mar a Lago...

Never. Like the banks in 2008 he's too big to fail. For "the good of the country" he'll retire to South Florida.

The fines were not reduced--- only the bond required for appealing the case.

I'm actually thinking he WILL get some type of time. (maybe he will have to help feed the TERRORISTS that are in prison)

Jail doubtful. If trump loses in Nov, it's been worth it. If he wins, we wasted our time.
