4. i honestly think he HAS TO order a psyche eval.

he knows full well tsf is batching crazy. ANY other defendant who acted this way wd get 1 in the name of justice and due process. u cannot try a person not in their right mind.
he is not in his right mind. just because we’re used to it doesnt change that.
