Why Didn't Merrick Garland Prosecute "Individual One." [View all]

Nicolle Wallace just asked that question to Andrew Weissmann, he didn't know why.

Weissmann said that DOJ did absolutely nothing after Garland took over as AG regarding "individual one." Weissmann also said that because Garland did nothing the statute of limitations has expired for some of the crimes Trump committed in the Stormy Daniels payoff. Remember also that Robert Mueller had all of the ducks lined up for Garland.

I have seen a dozen posts here commenting on why Bill Barr didn't prosecute Trump, but I have been the only person asking why Garland didn't?

Wouldn't it make more sense for the Feds to prosecute Trump for campaign finance crimes seeing as he was running for a federal office?

Same thing is going on right now in Michigan because Garland failed to act on Dana Nessel's criminal referral for the fake electors. She had to do the prosecution herself.

I think there is a possibility that Garland as a SCOTUS Justice would have become the reverse image of Souter Celerity Apr 24 #38
