Clause one refers to who? It's an individual, identifiable. The name--and his history--is known. (And it's ain't pretty, where "pretty" is "non-racist/ethnicist".) Clause two is rather ambiguous. It's the child told that Jews are evil and should die, and want her dead and acacia trees should cry out to let the righteous kill the Jew.
