Clause one refers to who? It's an individual, identifiable. The name--and his history--is known. (And it's ain't pretty, where "pretty" is "non-racist/ethnicist".) Clause two is rather ambiguous. It's the child told that Jews are evil and should die, and want her dead and acacia trees should cry out to let the righteous kill the Jew. Oh ... boy It's the mother of a newborn that's starving in a tent because she is. It's the Hamas commander in the tunnel hoping that the apt. building above him isn't bombed because then he'd die ... Martyrdom for you, not me for ... or the wife of the Hamas soldier, proud on 7-10, next to her in bed because she and their kids are well fed in time of (not really famine, but let's call it) famine.
