It operates at the behest of the billionaires who grew it and the extreme ideology of the Subversive Six.

A law to protect stare decisis would mean no chance to overturn Dobbs, Heller, Bruen, or Citizens United.

There's a pending motion based raising immunity. She hasn't ruled on it, but has continued to rule on other motions.
