…before handing down their opinion. And they’ll use the same gimmick they used in the Colorado ballot case; in this case, something like:
“Presidents have immunity from civil and criminal prosecution for actions taken when in office. If Congress wants specific actions by the President to be regarded as prosecutable crimes, they can pass enabling legislation to that effect.”
